Love a rage walk! It’s so easy to catch up and let it all out.

For an out of town friend we sometimes schedule a phone call when we can both walk for an hour.

This is one of my most popular posts and I feel like they compliment each other so well.

Right now my walking buddy is my toddler, but sometimes I coordinate with friends. The therapy is real (and free!).
